GH Pathshala sells only digital products: full-length online mock tests. Nothing is shipped to a physical address.
How and when you receive your test
- After a successful payment, you are brought back to the test page and the test unlocks immediately in your browser.
- The test stays unlocked in the browser you paid on. To use it on another phone or computer, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and we send you an unlock code.
- The test is delivered online at ghpathshala.in/mock-test, on the same page where you paid.
If the test does not unlock
If your payment succeeded but the test did not unlock within 15 minutes, do not pay again. Contact us with your Razorpay payment ID. We check the payment and send your unlock code by email, normally within 24 hours. If we cannot deliver it, you get a full refund as described in our refund policy.

टेस्ट कैसे और कब मिलता है
- भुगतान सफल होते ही आप टेस्ट पेज पर लौट आते हैं और टेस्ट आपके ब्राउज़र में तुरंत अनलॉक हो जाता है।
- टेस्ट उसी ब्राउज़र में अनलॉक रहता है जिसमें आपने भुगतान किया। दूसरे फ़ोन या कंप्यूटर पर इस्तेमाल के लिए अपनी Razorpay पेमेंट ID के साथ हमसे संपर्क करें, हम आपको अनलॉक कोड भेज देंगे।
- टेस्ट ghpathshala.in/mock-test पर, उसी पेज पर मिलता है जहाँ आपने भुगतान किया।
यदि टेस्ट अनलॉक न हो
यदि भुगतान सफल हुआ पर 15 मिनट में टेस्ट अनलॉक नहीं हुआ, तो दोबारा भुगतान न करें। अपनी Razorpay पेमेंट ID के साथ हमसे संपर्क करें। हम भुगतान जाँचकर सामान्यतः 24 घंटे में ईमेल पर आपका अनलॉक कोड भेज देते हैं। यदि हम टेस्ट नहीं दे पाए, तो रिफ़ंड नीति के अनुसार पूरा पैसा वापस मिलेगा।
