Cancellation and Refund Policyरद्दीकरण एवं रिफ़ंड नीति

This policy covers the paid full-length mock tests on GH Pathshala (₹5 each). Everything else on the website is free.

Cancellation

Mock tests are digital products that are delivered instantly. Once a test has been unlocked, the order cannot be cancelled.

When you get a full refund

• Money was deducted but the test did not unlock, and we cannot give you a working unlock code within 2 working days of your request.
• You were charged twice for the same test. We refund the extra payment.
• A technical fault on our side stops the test from opening, and we cannot fix it within 2 working days of your request.

When we cannot refund

• The test was unlocked and works, but you changed your mind or did not like your score.
• The unlock code was shared with or used by other people.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID (it is on the receipt sent to your email or phone), the test name and the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) within 5–7 working days.
